For 17 years, I built and led teams in direct sales ... consistently performing in the top 1% nationally. I coached, mentored, and developed hundreds of women over nearly two decades. I learned early that the biggest obstacle between a woman and her goals is rarely skill, strategy, or information.

I’m a soccer coach's wife, auntie and puppy mom who's always focused on finding NEW ways to feel powerful inside & out. Building a life of freedom and adventure always ready for my next flight and/or hike. As an Alignment Coach for women entrepreneurs I have studied and been certified in many tools. But my innate ability lies in helping you see clearly and make the decision that’s been sitting right in front of you.
