Chelsey DBC is a Clarity Catalyst Coach for high-capacity women ready to stop performing to find clarity—and finally live it.

After 14 years of coaching, mentoring and leading thousands of women in direct sales, Chelsey didn’t pivot into coaching to start over. She pivoted to go deeper and embrace with intention what she had really been doing with women all her life. Her gift lies in helping women unravel what no longer fits—so they can rebuild their businesses, lives, and identities around what actually feels like them.

Certified in Human Design and the Enneagram, Chelsey integrates these tools—not as the focus, but as powerful mirrors within a much deeper process. Through intimate coaching containers, live strategy sessions, and her podcast All Things Excellence, Chelsey guides women through the real work of pattern-breaking, perspective-shifting, and purpose-aligned action.
